An elegant brunch, needs an elegant backdrop.

The home of Noir is the stunning Grade II* listed Portland House, situated within the heart of Cardiff Bay.

A unique setting within Cardiff.

Portland House was built in 1926 by architects F.C.R Palmer & W.F.C Holden and labelled as “one of the finest buildings of its kind in South Wales.” The banking hall boasts an impressive Doric Frieze, based on designs found on ancient Greek coins in the British museum, whilst the exterior is populated by two bronze figures at both entrances.
